This fitness class features the great outdoors for 55+, is the perfect way to stay active and healthy while enjoying the beauty of nature. Sharon your experienced fitness instructor will guide you through a variety of exercises that are specifically tailored to the needs of active and seasoned adults, helping you improve your strength, flexibility, and overall fitness level.
In addition to the physical benefits of our outdoor fitness class, you'll also have the opportunity to socialize and connect with other like-minded individuals in a supportive and encouraging environment. The Nature Fit program is designed to promote camaraderie and friendship among participants, creating a sense of community that will keep you motivated and engaged throughout the 7-week program.
A variety of activities will be presented every week, and will allow you to progress at your own fitness level, as well as motivation, mind and body connection and nature discovery tips.
