Throughout this guided and storied exploration led by Sharon Beaudet, you'll learn about invasive and native plant species, enjoy local foods, engage in exercise, and detach from life's everyday distractions.      Sign up HERE, space is limited.


What You Need To Know:


  • Time: 12:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Where: Private Property Address and Map delivered upon booking.
  • Available Spots: There are up-to 10 spots available, perfect for a group of friends and family members who are ready to enjoy the winter outdoors and get outside. 
  • Price: $150 per guest (HST included)
  • What is Included: Lunch, Snacks, Nature Gift, Qualified Fitness Instruction, Forest Herb Introduction and much more.
  • Level: Super Easy
  • What to Wear:  Warm jacket, moisture-wicking base, gloves, buff, water-repellent footwear or rubber boots with good no-slip soles. Remember, you can always take layers off but you can never put more one whilst we’re out! There is also a chance of mud, so white is not recommended unless you’re into it!
  • What to Bring: A reusable water bottle filled with your choice of beverage (water or tea), hanky or tissues, and a small backpack.

River Sunset Refresh

This evening hike takes you on a quick pace, along one of Haldimand's many waterways, just at the brink of dusk. Sharon will take you on an invigorating hike, and movement journey. The hike is integrated, with short pauses to discover sounds of the evening, and investigate herbs that grow along the water, plus quick bursts of friendly fitness. 

As the sun dips you will have an opportunity to take photos of some of the best sunsets of Ontario, enjoy a warm beverage and snack, and cozy up in blankets to a get a glimpse of the night sky in a country setting.

All The Details

  • When: Various Evening Hours
  • Where: Haldimand County, Private Property (Map provided after payment)
  • Duration:  2 Hours
  • Cost: $ 100.00 per person ( You are making a difference in our community, a portion from each ticket's profits will be donated to Haldimand Norfolk Women’s Service)
  • Level: Easy to Intermediate - MUST be able to stand and walk for 2 hours. Please note there are no washrooms on site, so you will need to go easy on the fluids. 
  • What to Wear:    Light jacket, moisture-wicking base, gloves, hat, buff, water-repellent footwear or rubber boots with good no-slip soles. Remember, you can always take layers off but you can never put more on whilst we’re out! Sometimes we encounter soil that has water mixed with it (MUD) so dress accordingly.
  • What to Bring: A reusable water bottle filled with your choice of beverage (water or tea), hanky or tissues, and a small backpack. 


 Map is then provided prior to the event!


This event is weather dependant for safety.

Slow Down, relax, as this slow pace hike uses nature to listen to what your body is telling you. All senses are used in this hike, and you will be made aware of how you move, how you feel, and how you function. This is a great hike for couples or individuals needing some quality time for themselves.


What’s Included?

Warm Drink, Snack, Nature Inspired Gift!


All The Details

  • When: Various Weekday Hours
  • Where: Various Haldimand County Locations
  • Duration:  1.5 Hours
  • Cost: $ 75.00 per person (a portion from each ticket's profits will be donated to Haldimand Norfolk Women’s Service)
  • Level: Easy - This hike is suited to all styles and is a slow pace for 1.5 hours, also is usually catered towards YOUR PHYSICAL CAPACITY. Please note there are no washrooms on site, so you will need to go easy on the fluids. 
  • What to Wear:   Light jacket, moisture-wicking base, gloves, hat, buff, water-repellent footwear or rubber boots with good no-slip soles. Remember, you can always take layers off but you can never put more one whilst we’re out! From time to time we come across puddles so it is not recommended you wear your Sunday best.
  • What to Bring: A reusable water bottle filled with your choice of beverage (water or tea), hanky or tissues, and a small backpack. 
  • Deposit: $20 to secure your spot (non-refundable) via e-transfer. Map is then provided and the remaining balance must be paid two days prior to the event!
