I am first and foremost a fitness enthusiast and one of my favourite ways to stay active is by enjoying the nature and finding new trails in my community. I feel my best when I am moving and taking care of my body. Inturn, I was able to take my passion for fitness and turn it into a career teaching others how they too can find joy being active through experiencing the great outdoors - thus the creation of Forest Fit!
Here at Forest Fit, I’m offering you the chance to have fun, share in some laughs all whilst enjoying some nature activities and easy wellnesses challenges to connect your body and mind with all that the nature of Haldimand County has to offer.
