  • Get excited, it’s time to pull out your hiking shoes again. Forest Fit's Transformative Guest Experience and we have some dates for you!


Make your weekend special and discover the beauty and wonder of Haldimand’s woodlands! Fall is on it's way, mushrooms, fungus, wild apples and fruits, LETS FIND THEM. Soak in the warm days and cool evening weather by partaking in Forest Fit’s guided and storied exploration – you’ll learn all about invasive and native plant species, enjoy local foods, engage in exercise, and detach from life’s everyday distractions. From meditation to hands-on immersive activities, you’ll leave this experience feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and reinvigorated. 


What You Need To Know:

     April 2024 to June 2024 Private Bookings through email.


  • Time: 12:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Where: Private Property Address and Map delivered upon booking.
  • Available Spots: There are up-to 10 spots available, perfect for a group of friends and family members who are ready to enjoy the winter outdoors and get outside. 
  • Price: $150 per guest (HST included)
  • What is Included: Lunch, Snacks, Nature Gift, Qualified Fitness Instruction, Forest Herb Introduction and much more.
  • Level: Super Easy
  • What to Wear:  Warm jacket, moisture-wicking base, gloves, buff, water-repellent footwear or rubber boots with good no-slip soles. Remember, you can always take layers off but you can never put more one whilst we’re out! There is also a chance of mud, so white is not recommended unless you’re into it!
  • What to Bring: A reusable water bottle filled with your choice of beverage (water or tea), hanky or tissues, and a small backpack.
